We use Royal Mail for standard deliveries in UK. Every order we fulfill will be sent 1st Class Delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING –
Shipping to Europe –
We use Royal Mail Airmail service for deliveries to European Union and other countries in Europe. Airmail is non-trackable but gets there in time. Usually takes 4-15 business days to get there depends to the destination country.
Countries like Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and East European countries takes longer. Because of the problems in their local postal networks.

Shipping to USA –
We use USPS for standard deliveries to US. Our printers are based in the UK but we have quick delivery times to U.S. Each package prepared in London and ship (overnight FedEx) to a fulfillment office in Philadelphia, PA. Once USPS accepts your package you will be able full track your delivery. usually it takes 4-10 business days.
USPS 1st Class – £15 – 4-10 business days.
Shipping to Rest of the World –
Royal Mail Airmail (Non-trackable) – £15 – 10-25 business days.
If returning faulty or incorrect item.
We accept returns for faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your original order. Prior to the return of these items please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, along with reason for your return, to receive your UK return address. This address will be the UK based printers it originally came from.
If faulty or incorrect item, Upon receiving the good we will reimburse you monies paid for the item AND the postage costs.
If returning for other reasons – change of heart, require a different size etc.
The item will be needed to be returned to our offices at Dispensable Soccer based in VIC, Australia, within 7 days of receiving your original order. Sadly our UK printers only accept returns for faulty items.
If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
Depending on the options available in your country, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
To keep costs down, we recommend the following method to send items to Humdinger Football HQ in Oz.
– Royal Mail International Standard delivery. – Items MUST be posted in a large envelope (Large Letter, Max length: 35.3cm, Max width: 25cm, Max thickness: 2.5cm, Max weight: 750g). This will take approximately 5 to 7 working days to get to us. Upon receiving the good we will reimburse you monies paid for item ONLY, NOT the postage cost..
Royal Mail International Standard – £5.00 + £1.00 for every additional item/items.
We will usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge, unless your entire order was faulty or incorrect.
– Please obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
– We will not accept items back once washed, worn or damaged unless they are faulty
– The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
– We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
